Discover what keeps you stuck and
reclaim your vitality
For men, 20-somethings and college-bound teens
VITALITY is living well;
being full of strength and energy;
moving from survival -> satisfaction.
Are you ready to experience emotional balance, mental clarity and physical energy?
Therapy helps you let go of the struggle so you can focus on what's important.
Hey there! I'm Stephanie.
Licensed clinical social worker. Psychotherapist. Small business owner.
(Also a book nerd, latte lover and exercise enthusiast!)
I’m here to help you navigate anxiety, life transitions, chronic dissatisfaction and other “stuff” that keeps you stuck from living a meaningful life.
I’m passionate about this work because I’m a human just like you trying to do my best at life.
I have special interest and experience with:
Adult men who are high-functioning but feel dissatisfied, unfulfilled and stressed.
Twenty-something women who are motivated and curious but are lost and overwhelmed trying to “adult”.
Teen girls who are independent and insightful but struggle with anxiety and other big emotions.
If you don't fit this mold exactly but are interested in working with me,
please reach out!
Therapy Style & Approach
My style is collaborative, respectful, and kind. My personality is accepting and down-to-earth which makes it easy for others to feel at ease. I speak to my clients the same way I would speak to a friend or any other person in my life. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship; I’m an amazing listener and provide honest reflection and feedback.
I practice from a holistic and integrative lens which emphasizes personal exploration and growth, cultivation of self-awareness, identification of values and goals, and development of healthy habits. My approach to therapy is rooted in the understanding that we are inherently WHOLE. There is much more right with us than wrong with us and we do not need to be "fixed"!
